Travel Outfits - pack your Vacation bag in no time!

Are you going for a vacation this long weekend? When picking your travel outfits, make sure that you do not carry too much luggage with you which can become too heavy to pick up all the time.

You need to focus more on taking photographs and making memories rather than feeling uncomfortable while carrying your heavy suitcases. The extra charges that airlines have started to charge for extra weight on carry-on luggage can cost a small fortune as well.

Backpackers tell stories in which they have travelled around the world with nothing but a personal item sized bag. This can easily fit below a person’s seat on an airplane. This means everything including your travel outfits that you carry on the plane must fit into a simple bag. For this purpose, it is essential that your bag is pretty roomy and easy to carry around. After you have found the perfect bag, we are here to tell you what items are an absolute must to allow you to pack your whole vacation in one personal bag.

The list that we have written for you here is an array of choices for you to select from. Based on your need and the amount of time you are travelling for.

Best Travel Outfits that can fit into a personal item sized bag

Little black Dress

If you are going for a casual day around the city or to a hot date in an expensive hotel, something that fits seamlessly in both settings is the classic little black dress (LBD.) You can choose a lovely dress with comfortable fabric that won’t take up too much of your space. This outfit can be worn throughout the day.

During the night, you can put some make up on, let your hair down, and be ready for the party. You can carry a nice pair of earrings in a small pocket for fancier events. Such a simple but very effective travel outfit.

How to pack - Go for something that can be rolled up and won’t crease too easily. Black laced dresses with no flair can fit easily inside your small bag.

White shirt

When a white shirt is paired with a pair of denims, they make you look classic and elegant. When worn with a skirt, they complement any colour. When worn with a pair of trousers, they make you look formal and chic at the same time. Delve into the oversized shirt trend to look more stylish, if you dare.

You may even take a long shirt that can easily turn into a shirt dress with just a belt to accentuate the waist. White shirts suit every skin tone and body type and they are very easy to carry around. They are perfect for travel to hotter countries where dark colours attract more heat.

How to pack – If the shirt is made out of cotton or linen fabric, it might take up a lot of space. Go for some lighter materials like georgette or chiffon which flow nicely and can be stacked in a small space, for the perfect travel outfit.

Denims

There is nothing wrong with a pair of denims which are so effortless that you can look good even without trend. Well fitted denim is perfect for an entire day of roaming around in the city. Some ripped designs make things look quite cool. You can even go with some stylised hemlines. Jeans are definitely more comfortable than trousers and they are rough and tough in case you are in the mood for some adventure.

How to pack – You can go for shorts if pants seem to be taking up the entire bag. They’re even great for wearing whilst you’re travelling, on the plane or train too meaning they don’t have to fit in your small bag!

Cardigan

It might take some people forever to warm up to the idea of wearing cardigans but once you start there is no stopping you. They are brilliantly elegant, flattering and can be worn more than once. They keep you warm when the weather is cold and are a lovely alternative to wearing a jacket in the warmer weather. As you don’t know how the weather might change in a new location, being prepared is a good solution to future problems.

How to pack - They can even be used to keep you cosy on the airplane. As are made of quite a light fabric and hence, don’t end up taking too much space in the bag. Probably one of the best travel outfits you’ll ever buy.

Sneakers

What can be paired with jeans and a white shirt to make you look sporty and chic at the same time? If you are going to be walking a lot when you’re travelling, why not take a comfortable pair that looks good. Converse are the best for this kind of a set up. You can even take something that rises up to the ankle for an extra edge. Denims tucked into sneakers give a nice look if you’re looking for the perfect travel outfit!

How to pack – It is advised that you wear them on the plane because of the comfort and ease of carrying them to the destination.

Pyjamas

As much as your travel outfits make you look good. These multiple compliments from people will most definitely not be able to get you a good night’s sleep – unlike a nice comfortable pair of pyjamas. This is what you really need. Or a top so that you can sleep in when you are done strolling in the city. Silk and Cotton Pyjamas don’t take up a lot of space and they are comfortable in almost every location around the world. You will thank us for suggesting this. Do not compromise on comfort; it can ruin your entire trip.

How to pack – These hardly take up any space, are very lightweight, and they makes things so comfortable during the night time.

Heels

Now it’s time for something we call a luxury, but everyone can indulge a little when going on vacation. This list mainly consists of absolute necessities. Nothing makes a woman look hotter than when she is rocking a great pair of heels. Go for some block heels or stilettos which you can survive the night away with (even if you’re out all night.) They should be comfortable enough to not blister your feet as you move, as this is a nightmare for adventuring round the next day. We’d advise to go with black, grey or even brown heels as they are neutral and will go with most travel outfits. Tan Brown heels are a real trend right now, so that would be good too.

How to pack – One of the top tips we can give you is to stuff your socks and underwear inside your heels. This will mean you’re making the most out of the space you have in your bag and have more space for your gorgeous travel outfits you’ll be wearing.

In terms of travel outfits, these things are pretty much all you need to keep you covered. Do not forget to carry a strong sunscreen, a moisturizer, a red lipstick, deodorant, perfume and some mascara too. God knows what we’d all do without those!

We hope this article has been able to give you enough insight into travel outfits when making a trip hassle free. Choose the items that seem suitable and feel free to customize these items on the basis of your destination.
